Spice Girl walks out after bust-up at Timberlake bash. Saturday night's all right for fighting, so the song says. But it seems Emma Bunton has been taking the lyrics literally. Bizarrely, the usually mild-mannered Baby Spice got involved in a bust-up at swanky West End nightspot The Mayfair Club over the weekend.

The 27-year-old's night was doomed from the start. Waltzing up to the door, the blonde singer expected to bypass the queue and be let straight into the party - held in honour of American star Justin Timberlake. Naturally Miss Bunton came armed to the glitzy bash with her invitation. But for reasons best known to the clipboard Nazi manning the door, the poor pop star was made to wait on the pavement before they let her in.

Our source says: "It was obvious that Emma wasn't at all happy with how she was treated. "She didn't kick up a fuss but it was pretty humiliating for her to wait in the cold when everyone knew who she was." Still, being the trouper that she is, when security eventually let her in, good old Emma put the delay behind her and concentrated on enjoying the night with the likes of sexy Armani model Calum Best, So Solid's Romeo and Lady Isabella Hervey.

Unfortunately, the odds were against her. Things went from bad to worse, as a source explains: "Baby Spice was having a great time. "She had a smile on her face and was drinking and dancing away. "But suddenly she accidentally knocked into a girl standing behind her and things got rather heated. "The girl took great umbrage and was shouting at Emma.

"She tried to apologise but the girl was having none. Emma seemed taken aback." Our source continues: "Everybody watching thought blows were about to be exchanged until eventually a girl stepped in to break them up before it got out of control. "Emma left soon afterwards to escape any further embarrassment, and had to be flanked by two massive security men to avoid any more trouble." A spokesman for the club confirmed Miss Bunton was involved in a fracas.

When i bumped into the former Spice Girl she told me: "were still ironing out a few details with Universal Records but i am really excited. Ive been in mettings all week but i cant really say any more then that for now"

A reveller at London club Pangaea said: “Emma started snogging her pal. It wasn’t a peck on the cheek – they were going for it".

EMMA BURROWS had a lot in common with singer Emma Bunton even before her makeover – and afterwards the likeness was uncanny. Emma not only has the same first name and initials as her pop idol but also the same blonde hair and cute looks.

In fact, the 21-year-old is often mistaken for the ex-Spice Girl and has even been asked to become a lookalike model for the star. She says: “When I am out people come up to me all the time and ask for autographs and my friend often pretends she is my agent. “I love Baby Spice’s style. She looks great when she wears jeans and little sexy tops and since she has lost weight her figure looks amazing in skirts and dresses.”

Turning ordinary Emma, from Bridgend, South Wales, into pop star Emma was hardly a challenge for our hair and make-up expert Ali Scott. For the daytime look, Ali used a bit of concealer under Emma’s eyes and a tinted moisturiser to give her face a slight glow. A natural-coloured lipgloss finished off the celebrity image.

To glam up for the evening, Ali used instant shine spray on Emma’s hair then highlighted her eyes with mascara and eyeliner. Since Baby Spice goes for a natural look, Emma was given a subtle eyeshadow with a light shimmer and an all-over illuminating face and cheek cream.
