EMMA TOUR NEXT YEAR - [From Spice Girls and Geri Guide ]
Positive comments are finally reported and this time by Emma herself. In an interview with Dotmusic, she is said to be embarking on her very first solo tour early next year.

Speaking to dotmusic for a festive special, the Spice Girl revealed she was looking forward to getting out on the road in 2002 although details are sketchy at this stage. "I'm starting early next year," said Emma. "It's going to be amazing as I'm going all over Europe and in the UK - watch out and come and see me."

Despite recent tabloid rumours suggesting she's been dropped by her label, Bunton was looking forward to Christmas although she told us she'd done no shopping as she'd been busy jetting off around the world promotion duties. "I've done absolutely nothing! I've been so busy as I've just got back from Australia but I'm looking forward to it. I'm going with my mum this time so she can help me out. I'm absolutely last minute but sometimes that's better. I usually think about it before I get there." "I tell you what...no I can't in case someone sees it...but I've bought Phoenix and Brooklyn great little presents but I can't tell you.

20 WE'RE NOT GONNA SLEEP TONIGHT (Emma Bunton) - [From Dotmusic ]
Hehe. To think we thought Geri Halliwell had problems when she struggled to place singles in the Top 5. This week it is Emma Bunton who has the dubious honour of singing the lowest charting Spice Girls-related single ever, her third single release of the year failing even to match the Number 14 peak of Melanie B's Word Up from 1999. In actual fact We're Not Gonna Sleep Tonight has more bite and spirit than either What Took You So Long or Take My Breath Away but even before this embarassing chart performance it was never likely to transform the fortunes of her solo album. A the risk of doing some gratuitous grave dancing it is worth taking a moment to consider the career status of all the former Spice Girls:

Mel B, without a record deal and "taking time off from music to do TV work".
Victoria Beckham, one Top 10 solo single to her name and reportedly in a strop with the record company for picking Not Such An Innocent girl as her first release.
Emma Bunton, struggling to make the Top 20, album selling bugger all.
Geri Halliwell, still having Top 10 hit singles but again nobody is buying the album.
Melanie C, reportedly has her second album in the can but is wisely staying clear of the Spice backlash that I'm contributing to by writing this.

Emma Bunton Talks With Smash Hits - [From Spice News ]

Party Hard! Emma Bunton shows us how to be a celebrity party babe...
1. Make an entrance

I'm usually fashionably late, but I do like to be on time. I'm not one of those people who are an hour late- more like 15 minutes.

2. Don't spend too long getting ready

I love it when all the girls come round and we get ready together, listening to loud music and swapping skirts. The night we went to the Damage party dressed as schoolgirls was the best! But I'm much better if I don't have much time to get ready, because I put my first outfit on and I'm out the door. If Jade's around, I will ask for his opinion. As you probably know, he's quite a snazzy dresser.

3. Blag your way in!

When the Spice Girls first started out, we used to do a lot of blagging to get ourselves into places. Before we made it, we used to go up to the doormen in the clubs and say, "Look, we're the next big thing." And then we'd get let in. With five girlies dressed in our little hotpants, it worked most of the time.

4. Travel light

I always take a little bit of lip gloss, some money and my mobile phone with me when I go out. Sometimes I try to fit everything into my pocket, because otherwise you've got to put your bag down somewhere before you can get up and dance! I've probably danced around my bag once or twice for a laugh, but I prefer not to.

5. Dress to impress

It's such a disaster when you bump into someone else in the same outfit! I turned up to the Ivor Novello Awards once in these Gucci trousers with a glittery peacock down the side and Shaznay from All Saints had the same pair on. We were both quite embarrassed, but we're mates so we laughed about it.

6. Don't snog in public

Nooooo! I never snog in the coat room - I try to wait until I get home. I loved those parties when you're at school and there are boys on one side and girls on the other - that was so exciting! I don't really like snogging in front of everyone now, I prefer to keep it private.

7. Look out for the stars

We went to a big party in LA and everyone was there. Cameron Diaz came up to me and said she dressed as the Spice Girls with her friends. At another party, Gloria Estefan asked me for an autograph. I couldn't even speak. I even get starstruck meeting people from Eastenders.

8. Make friends...

If you see someone on their own, ask them to dance, and maybe see where they're going next. And always give the toilet attendant a pound because they have worked so hard. They're in there all night while everyone is having a good time.

9. ..but avoid the party bore!

Sometimes you get cornered by the party bore, though. Me and my friends used to have a code so we'd know when to come to each others rescue. My mate would come over and say, "Do you want a McDonalds?" And if I said I'd have a Big Mac then that meant I'm cool and she can leave me. But if I said Chicken Nuggets, that meant, "Get me out of here right now!"

10. Know your limit

Always leave when things are dying down. I'm definitely out before the lights come up. But when you're with your mates you might stay up all night.

Welcome to my all new site called Emma Bunton News. This site was previously called and known as Baby Spice 4ever but I decided to close that site and create this one as after quite abit of looking around and searching the web i found it very difficult to find an up to date Emma Bunton news site. The only sites i found and know of that keep up to date on Emma are the Spice Girls News sites 'Spice News' and 'Love Peace and Girl Power'.   So this site will closely follow along the extremely successful and popular sites of 'Spice News' and 'Love Peace and Girl Power' but will only focus on the one and only Emma Bunton.

So I hope you all enjoy my new site and please if you find any news, pictures, articles on Emma Bunton or the Spice Girls related to Emma then please submit it to this site so we can make it the biggest and best source for news on Emma Bunton on the net.

At the moment you will see that there is no news posted on Emma here yet but the reason for this is that as i only decided to make this site a couple of days ago and this page and the rest of the site is under heavy construction and i haven't had a chance to yet.

Also, i have a really big favour to ask anyone who has the time and is good at making banners and buttons, if they could really help me out and make one as i'm no good at making them .
